ABOUT US

Integreco Pty Ltd is an Australian incorporated company which will be acquiring the assets of a publicly unlisted New Zealand incorporated company Featherston Resources Limited (FRL)

FRL was incorporated in 1999 and has been funded by shareholder contributions during the product development phase. It has a spread of shareholders from New Zealand, Australia and Singapore, and the company reconstruction is being carried out so that the company’s residence can be moved from New Zealand to Australia.

Widespread concern about declining food quality through the depletion of soils and the intensive use of chemical fertilisers is generating real growth in demand for organic and sustainably produced food, and recognition by forward-looking growers of the need for a new approach to soil health and productivity.

Using its unique proprietary technology, FRL has developed a group of organic and sustainable soil conditioners and fertilisers to address the significant agricultural challenge provided by this major human and environmental issue.

FRL has accessed specific natural resources and technology to produce a suite of unique soil conditioner and fertiliser products with significant  benefits over commercial fertilisers currently available. In comparative trials the product has  demonstrated significant yield increases and other economic benefits offering a compelling value proposition to horticultural growers, with the potential for use in the wider agricultural sector.

FRL’s mission is to match its naturally sourced soil conditioner/fertiliser range of products with the rapidly growing international emphasis on soil health and sustainability and food quality, while at the same time acknowledging the need to provide a financially and environmentally attractive value proposition for end users.

The soil conditioner/fertiliser product range has unusual moisture retention and slow release qualities - qualities not supplied by mainstream solid fertiliser manufacturers.

Quantitative demonstrations have shown a compelling value proposition for the product range for growers in the horticultural market sector, and this is expected to be extended to specialised broadacre applications.

The demonstration results suggest savings in fertiliser costs of up to 10% and increases in yields of up to 15%. For most horticultural applications, this will result in a substantial increase in revenue per hectare. The revenue impact should be even more marked for organically certified crops.

The demonstrations have also revealed evidence of increased resistance to common plant diseases. This is expected to be confirmed by quantitative evaluations.
